Job Overview:

We are looking for 7 motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team in Kottayam. The role will focus on client acquisition, business development, and promoting our platform to healthcare and wellness service providers. This position requires strong communication skills, sales experience, and a self-driven approach. The role involves travel within the assigned area and requires developing relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients such as hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, wellness centers, and diagnostic labs.
• Promote and market the company’s platform and services to potential clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding of service providers to our platform.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the healthcare and wellness sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Provide regular sales performance updates and insights into market trends.
• Address client concerns and ensure a seamless and smooth onboarding process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales.
Skills:
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
