Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Thrissur with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, generating new sales opportunities, conducting market analysis, providing exceptional customer service, and training sales staff. Additionally, you will oversee sales management activities to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales software
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
