Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location: Bangalore & Delhi

Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for:
● Driving brand awareness
● Enrolling students into free programs
● Converting them into paid subscribers
You will manage relationships with parents, students, and school representatives, handling the
full customer lifecycle. This role blends marketing, sales, and service to help students achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. School Activation
● Visit assigned schools to introduce UPRIO’s platform to parents and students.
● Plan and execute promotions of UPRIO’s free school exam app.
2. Free Batch Enrollment
● Encourage students to join free trial batches and guide them through the onboarding process.
3. Conversion & Retention
● Convert students from free trial users to paid monthly subscribers.
● Monitor subscription renewals and retention strategies.
● Conduct regular check-ins via in-person visits and follow-up calls.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
● Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or education-related roles is advantageous.
Communication Skills
● Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to effectively engage parents, students, and school authorities.
Organizational Ability
● Strong planning skills to maximize daily/weekly efficiency—balancing visits, calls, and administrative follow-ups.
Results Orientation
● Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance metrics.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving
● Flexible in addressing on-ground challenges.
● Quick to propose creative solutions based on parent/student feedback.
