Who We Are Looking For:
FMCG Experience – Prior experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
PAN India Exposure – Candidates with experience handling sales & marketing across multiple regions in India are highly valued.
Strong Communication Skills – Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Multi-taskers & Quick Learners – We value adaptability, problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn.
Standards & Compliance – Understanding of market regulations, industry standards, and ethical sales/marketing practices.
Result-Oriented Mindset – Ability to meet targets, build strong networks, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Manager:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team for optimal performance.
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are met.
Sales Team Members:
• Drive sales through effective relationship management.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Execute sales plans and contribute to company growth.
• Handle client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketing Specialists:
• Develop marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies.
• Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives.
