About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that drive converting leads and growth in sales for our service and E-commerce based clients.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Snapchat etc and also execute retention marketing through email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance to achieve maximum ROI
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and report on results
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a performance marketing agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing success in e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
• Excellent understanding of all the advertising platforms and metrics.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Soliving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
