We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (IVD) to join our team at Transasia Bio-Medical Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the IVD industry and a proven track record of success.

The Area Sales Manager (IVD) will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the IVD industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the assigned territory

• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity

• Develop and manage a team of sales representatives

• Prepare and present sales reports to management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
