We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing campaigns and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent knowledge of performance marketing platforms, and the ability to execute data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and create actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to enhance performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising.
• Collaborate with the creative, SEO, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and present findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Experience in working in agencies.
• Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
• A growth mindset with a go-getter attitude, someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to take ownership.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and pivot strategies when needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
• Interact with clients, address their digital marketing-related queries, and provide strategic solutions to their problems.
Experience and Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and running successful digital ad campaigns.
• Experience with EdTech and Real Estate campaigns will be an added advantage.
• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or agency performance campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel analysis.

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Experience:
• Total work: 3 years (Required).
• Agency working: 2 years (Preferred).
