Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and stockists for PipPop Kids products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, including field visits, events, and in-store branding.
• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the baby products industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and meet clients as part of field sales.
• Experience in B2B sales, distributor management, and retail partnerships.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about sales.
