Roles And Responsibilities

✅ Oversee shipbuilding & repair projects from planning to execution

✅ Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget control

✅ Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders

✅ Implement best practices in project management & safety

Requirements

Retired Navy personnel (Lt. Commander/Cdr. or equivalent preferred)

Experience in shipbuilding, maintenance, or project coordination

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
