Job description
Join our dynamic team in Cochin, Kerala and work with leading Global OEMs to industrialize new projects and manage production schedules. You will support cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics and Production to ensure seamless execution within scope, time, and cost. The role involves tracking project progress, optimizing inventory, managing risks, and driving sales plans while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Production, or Automation Engineering with 2–10 years of program management experience in a manufacturing setup.

An MBA, PMP and or ISO 9001 certification is a plus. Key skills include program management, operations, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and adaptability. Performance will be measured through Customer on-time delivery, Actual sales achievement, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction.
