Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex enterprise software projects. In addition to core project management expertise, this role requires a solid understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, microservices, and emerging technologies like Generative AI. You will oversee distributed teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure projects align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

– Agile Delivery : Manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

– Team Coordination : Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among globally distributed teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

– Technical Acumen : Work closely with architects and technical leads to understand and guide the implementation of microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions.

– AI Integration : Collaborate on integrating Generative AI technologies into project solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and innovation.

– Planning and Execution : Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while adapting to changing priorities.

– Risk Management : Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, especially technical risks related to architecture and cloud platforms.

– Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

– Metrics Tracking : Monitor KPIs to measure project success, including timelines, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

– Continuous Improvement : Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements :

– Experience : 6+ years in project management with 3+ years managing cloud-based projects.

– Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

– Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

– AI Awareness : Understanding of Generative AI technologies and their enterprise applications.

– Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly desirable.

– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
