Location: Trivandrum-Kazhakuttom ,Work from Office Only .

Role Overview:
As a Product/Project Manager, you will oversee product planning, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure that consistently delivers innovative and scalable solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management: Own the product roadmap and align it with business priorities, customer needs, and market trends.
Agile Delivery Management: Manage sprint/PI planning, solution backlog creation, and delivery milestones using SAFe Agile methodologies.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Backlog Management: Maintain sprint and solution backlogs, ensuring prioritization based on business and technical requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within budget.
Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product releases and team performance.
Customer-Centric Solutions: Incorporate client feedback into product iterations and continuously refine solutions.
Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in product management or project management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT environments.
Strong understanding of SAFe Agile, backlog management, and sprint/PI planning.
Proven experience in team handling and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent skills in delivery management, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have:
Certifications in SAFe Agile, CSPO, or PMP.
Hands-on experience with solution backlog creation and prioritization in SaaS platforms.
Background in managing AI-driven products or e-commerce solutions.
