Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Implementation Project Manager at AltiusTech Health. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effective communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of project plan, scope and schedule Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all channels Act as the owner and expediter of the creative task list by managing requests, proactively communicating with all stakeholders and ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. Meeting stakeholders expectation. Create and enforce project schedules, ensuring all internal parties meet milestones and deadlines Schedule and manage all project meetings Work closely with each producer to ensure the project is following mandatory client workflows and the internal quality control milestones Communicate and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate

Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Communication skills Experience in Project Implementation and Software Implementation Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Knowledge of Radiology and Cardiology domains. Knowledge on Converge and Hyperconverged Infrastructure Knowledge of Active directory and Hyper-V Knowledge of Storage technology: RAID, SAN, NAS, LUN, IOPS, LUN etc. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server Operating Systems. Ability to manage multiple work assignments and meet tight deadlines Possesses analytical sound problem-solving skills Should have good Communication skills. Knowledge of Knowledge on Storage Platforms technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS, tape libraries). Knowledge on high availability technologies (i.e. based on OS, Veritas, Oracle) Previous experience from hospital environment and radiological workflow, including technical skills on Radiology Information systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) are desirable. Knowledge of Virtualization technologies VMware / Hyper-V. Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 technologies
