Coordinate across multiple teams (IT, business units, external vendors) to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including business leaders, project sponsors, IT teams, and external partners. Gather and prioritize business requirements related to asset management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage and resolve issues that arise during the lifecycle of the program, including escalation of risks or issues that require executive attention. Develop and implement risk management plans, including contingency strategies and corrective actions. Project Planning & Resource Management: Define clear project goals, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure adequate resource allocation to meet project objectives. Lead resource planning, forecasting, and management to ensure appropriate staffing and project support. Monitor project timelines and resource utilization to ensure optimal performance and address any resource constraints. Change Management & Process Improvement: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new asset management systems, processes, or tools across the organization. Work with business leaders and IT teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement in asset management systems. Ensure that new systems and processes are properly documented and that training is provided to relevant stakeholders. Budget & Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of IT delivery, ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget. Monitor program expenses, track financial performance, and ensure that cost overruns are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Develop and implement tracking systems and performance metrics to monitor the success of the program and individual projects. Regularly report on the health of the program, tracking progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs). Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party providers involved in the delivery of asset management IT solutions. Ensure that vendor deliverables align with the program’s objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and handle escalations as needed. Leadership & Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, mentorship, and coaching as needed to ensure program success. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, promoting open communication and accountability among all team members.
