Job Title: Project Manager – Trello Implementation & Cross-Department Operations
Location: Remote (India)

About Us:
Newparts, Inc. is a fast-growing eCommerce auto parts business with in-house marketing, design, and software development teams. To improve project tracking, workflow automation, and cross-team collaboration, we are migrating to Trello and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead this transition and oversee ongoing project execution post-migration.
Role Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and structured Project Manager with expertise in Trello implementation and cross-functional project management. This individual will lead the migration of all project workflows into Trello, ensure optimal system utilization for efficiency, and continue managing project execution across marketing, design, and software development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Trello Implementation & Migration:
Develop and execute a structured migration plan for transitioning from spreadsheets/emails to Trello. Organize and structure project boards, task tracking, and reporting workflows in Trello. Work with department heads to customize Trello boards, lists, labels, power-ups, and automation for different team needs. Provide training and support to all team members on Trello best practices and workflow optimization.
Project Management & Execution:
Oversee all projects across marketing, design, and development teams post-migration. Establish clear project timelines, task ownership, and progress tracking within Trello. Monitor ongoing projects, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Conduct weekly and monthly project reviews with team leads and management.
Process Optimization & Collaboration:
Define and document standardized workflows and best practices for project execution. Improve team communication, collaboration, and task prioritization using Trello. Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, or software development environments. Expertise in Trello with hands-on experience in setup, migration, workflow automation, and optimization. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work remotely, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams. Familiarity with marketing operations, UI/UX design workflows, and software development lifecycles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master) is a plus. Prior experience working with eCommerce businesses or managing marketing & development teams. Proficiency in other collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Jira is beneficial.
