Job description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager at our Kochi Office.

Job Description:
• Need to handle all IT related projects.
• Should have exposure in managing projects in all IT platforms-Especially Ecommerce Projects, CRM Solutions, Mobile Application Development.
• Should have a proven track record of worked in Testing Phase of any Projects either manually or machine testing.
• IT implementations engage the IT resources to deliver them efficiently and effectively. This gives the project Managers opportunity to be involved with latest IT project management methodologies like Agile/ SCRUM
• Should be well aware of Preparing Project Estimation and knowledge about Budgeting.
• Well efficient in controlling Project timing and scrutinizing the project flow in every stage of proceeding.
• Develops project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks.
• Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, management, IT management, project team, vendors and others affected by the project.
• Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
• Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members.
• Develops and maintains project reporting structures and progress measurement schedules.
• Periodically forwards progress reports to the clients as mutually agreed upon.
• Maintains frequency of interactions with the clients and looks after any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete an IT project.
• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, and concerns that may arise during the implementation of IT projects.
• Facilitates amicable solutions to problems encountered.
• Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.
• Identifies the technical approach to be used on a given IT project and manages the system development process including the development of a strategic plan, systems analysis, technical design, coding, testing and acceptance of an IT system and/or application.
• Develops IT system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of a project.
• Identifies and documents opportunities to integrate IT systems and resources to fulfill project requirements.
• Prepares and presents technical reports and project presentations.
• Organizes and conducts project team meetings.
• After the close of project, obtains feedback of the customer and takes suitable reformatory action for future.
• Keeps his/her team well motivated to deliver project on stated timelines.
• Prepares invoices on time for the work done at clients site/own location and keeps the Accounts Branch of the Company updated..
• Pre-Requisite/Key Skills:
• B Tech Engineering CSE/ECE 1st Division
• 4 to 5 years of experience and proficiency in handling IT technicalities
• Excellent written and oral English
• Expertise in IT programming languages used in designing and development of websites and software Solutions
• Good ability to give clear and consistent instructions to team members.
• Good knowledge of current hardware and software technologies and uses.
• Good ability to develop, lead, motivate and supervise working teams.
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under time bound schedule and willingness to work overtime to complete the work.
