Job description
• Lead and oversee hospital software projects, including HR software, hospital quality management software, and other healthcare IT systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including hospital administration, IT teams, and software vendors, to ensure project alignment with hospital objectives.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and JCI standards for hospital software and IT systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate software performance, ensuring seamless integration with existing hospital workflows.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively.
• Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on new software systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, NABH & JCI accreditation standards, and healthcare software.
• Experience in implementing Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Quality Management Software.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Healthcare IT (CPHIMS, CAHIMS).
• Prior experience in handling hospital software implementations.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
