Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of interior design projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, and project close-out.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of interior designers, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task delegation.

3. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring projects meet their expectations.

4. Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

5. Scheduling and Timeline Management: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.

6. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality design and installation standards, conducting regular site visits and monitoring progress.

7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.

8. Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

9. Design Development: Collaborate with designers to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives.

10. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior design project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
