Job Overview – HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to take charge of talent management, employee engagement, and HR policies at Autobacs India. As a HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, streamlining HR operations, and fostering a high-performance work environment. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee the end-to-end hiring process – from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate workforce needs based on business expansion.
Performance Management & Employee Development
• Design and implement a structured performance appraisal system.
• Develop training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
HR Policies & Compliance
• Establish and maintain HR policies in line with labor laws and industry standards.
• Ensure legal compliance and manage risk in HR operations.
• Address employee grievances and foster a culture of open communication.
Compensation & Benefits Management
• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
• Benchmark competitive salary structures to attract and retain talent.
• Develop reward programs to recognize employee contributions.
HR Strategy & Organizational Development
• Align HR strategies with business goals for sustainable growth.

Requirements
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Proven experience in the automotive industry or e-commerce sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
