Job Opportunity: HR & Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our Human Resources operations and lead our Customer Experience division. This unique role combines strategic HR management with customer-centric leadership, perfect for someone passionate about people and enhancing experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Lead and develop our customer experience strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement effective policies and procedures that align employee experience with customer outcomes.
• Analyze customer feedback and employee insights to continuously improve processes.
• Foster a positive work culture that reflects excellent customer care.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR, Customer Experience, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and customer experience management strategies.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
