About the Role:

KeralaCarts is seeking motivated and enthusiastic HR freshers for a full-time trainee position in Calicut . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and contribute to recruitment processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees in Calicut.
• Support in maintaining recruitment-related files and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Review, respond to, and manage correspondence related to recruitment and HR functions.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and interviews as required.

Requirements:
• Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field.
• Highly organized with a flexible approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
