This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving employee engagement initiatives. As the Assistant Manager HR, you will support the HR Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the hospital’s mission and goals. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new hires at Sreechand Speciality Hospital.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees for career development.
• Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedural guidelines.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate staff training programs to ensure professional development and compliance with hospital standards.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR data at Sreechand Speciality Hospital.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
• Assist in developing compensation and benefits packages that align with the hospital’s budget and employee needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting like Sreechand Speciality Hospital.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage HR operations efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at Sreechand Speciality Hospital.
