We are looking for an experienced HR Executive and Generalist to join our team at Agilus Diagnostics. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in the HR field and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and providing support to the HR team. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Onboard new employees and ensure they are properly trained and oriented
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide support to the HR team in various tasks, such as payroll and benefits administration
• Handle employee grievances and disputes
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR-related matters
Requirements:
