Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Executive HR to join our team at Almas Hospital in Kottakkal, Kerala. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing guidance and support to the team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance and support to the team on HR-related matters
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and files
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in MS Office
