Assisting the HR manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Supporting the recruitment and selection process
Assisting with performance management and employee engagement programs
Administering HR policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations
Handling employee relations matters
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Assisting in HR data analysis and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in an HR role or similar position
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
