Qualifications: Education and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Internships or projects in HR are an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, or labor laws.
