Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop ETL processes using Informatica BDM.
• Manage and monitor data pipelines for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements.
• Implement data integration from various sources, including cloud and on-premise.
• Optimize and tune performance of data integration processes.
• Document data integration workflows and processes.
• Support data governance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and maintain data models for effective data governance.
• Work with IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.
• Conduct testing and validation of data integration solutions.
• Provide training and support for end-users on data solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to strategize data initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends in big data and ETL technologies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for data integration.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
• Strong expertise in Informatica Big Data Management.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and architectures.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Shell.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Certifications in Informatica or related technologies are a bonus.
