Job Description :

Position Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainees to join our Human Resources team. The HR Trainee will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in HR and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
• Assist in organizing and conducting training and development programs for staff.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹6,000.00 per month
