Job Overview
We are seeking a Placement Officer to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Cochin, Ernakulam, Kozhikode, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, and Kottayam. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in recruiting, market analysis, and strategic placements.
Qualifications And Skills
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and placement services.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and identifying the best talent in the market.
• Strong market analysis skills to understand industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience in managing and executing private placements effectively.
• Ability to identify opportunities for candidates and match them with suitable career paths.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering principles and their application in manpower management.
• Understanding of marketing automation tools to enhance recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with both clients and candidates.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective placement strategies to meet the recruitment needs of our clients.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated with industry trends and adjust sourcing methods accordingly.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and candidates through strategic networking.
• Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure that all placements align with the clients’ requirements and organizational goals.
• Provide career guidance and counseling to candidates for successful job placements.
• Maintain detailed records of candidates and placement activities for reporting and monitoring purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage automation tools for enhancing recruitment efforts.
