Job Title: HR Administrator (Female)
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 2+ years
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR administration and will be responsible for supporting the HR department in a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining job postings.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, and leave balances.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, including attendance, payroll, and leave data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluations.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other administrative issues.
• Support the HR team in managing employee benefits programs such as insurance, incentives, and other perks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.
• Assist with other ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (HRMS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with payroll management and HRIS systems.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
