• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviews, and offers.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Engagement of apprentices
• Report Generations
• Any HR duties as per the requirement

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related areas • 3/above years of experience as an HR Executive or a similar role
