1 Ability to resolve different type of Jobs abends (including data issue, code bypass) in quick time

2 Take ownership of Complex Production issues and provide RCA for the same

3 Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation

4 Independently work on Microservice Development liaising with Business and Digital
