Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer with a minimum of one year of experience in Odoo development, including organizational accounts implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and automating workflows in Odoo ERP, integrating third-party applications, and optimizing internal business processes. This role requires strong Python expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop, enhance, and automate workflows on the Odoo ERP platform for internal business operations.
• Participate in regular meetings with the IT head to discuss assignments, review progress, and receive feedback.
• Develop and customize ERP features, ensuring they align with business requirements.
• Assist in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality system performance.
• Take part in code reviews to ensure the software meets company standards.
• Engage in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Document all software development processes, including system design, testing procedures, and automation workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in ERP, automation, and business application development to suggest improvements and optimizations.
• Work on API integrations, data migration, and process optimizations for different business functions.
• Provide technical support for internal users, assisting with ERP-related issues and optimizations.
• Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned by the management, prioritizing based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo ERP development, including organizational accounts implementation.

3. Proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and ERP customizations.

4. Experience with PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.

5. Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles within ERP systems.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP functionalities.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

8. Experience with software development principles, version control (Git), and database management.

9. Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

✔ Experience with Zoho platforms or other ERP/CRM systems.
✔ Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation.
✔ Knowledge of SQL, software testing, debugging, and version control (Git).

✔ Understanding of RESTful APIs, automation tools, and cloud-based platforms.
