Job description
Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models to support decision-making.

Analyze P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet to identify trends and variances.

Assist in preparing management presentations and investor reports.

Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process across departments.

Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Assist in financial planning activities, including long-term strategy development.

Provide data-driven insights to improve financial and operational performance.

Work closely with business heads to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.

Ensure financial reporting processes comply with company policies and regulatory

requirements.

Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency in reporting and analysis.

Implement and improve internal controls to strengthen financial data integrity.

Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to enhance reporting accuracy.

Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for financial analysis and

reporting requirements.

Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring knowledge-sharing and skill
