Job description
Position Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Accountant to join our Finance team with experience in billing/generating invoicing and other back-office functions. You should have a good knowledge of accounting software and processes but also strong accounting concepts. This position will be in our Pune Office.
A Day in the Life:
• Raise timely & accurate invoices (Fixed bid / T&M) as per schedules/upload templates on monthly and biweekly basis, accounting for those invoices.
• Sending/emailing invoices to customers & replying to customer queries.
• Preparing process documentation/ SOPs
• Day to day accounting activities (if any)
• Other related accounts and finance activities
We would love to chat:
• 3+ years of experience in PR & PO management and Vendor master management.
• Preparation of SOPs, ad-hoc project support and preparing need based various reports
• Excellent communication skill
• Has worked in organizations having international presence.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, while tackling complex problems. • Sound knowledge of MS Office and have good exposure in ERP. Exposure to sales force will be highly preferred.
• A Bachelor of commerce or M.com or MBA Finance.
