Accountant & Office Coordinator

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Coordinator to manage accounting tasks and support administrative operations. The role requires handling multi-company accounts, multitasking efficiently, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Handle multi-company financial records and reporting
• Prepare financial statements and summaries for management
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and expense tracking
• Assist with administrative duties such as documentation and record management
• Coordinate office tasks and support team operations
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
• Ensure timely compliance with financial processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in accounting and administrative coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
