Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
· Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
· Prepare and file TDS.
· Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
· Perform reconciliation of bank statements and financial reports.
· Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
· Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial statements.
· Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
· Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities are required.
· Monitor compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
· Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.
Qualifications and Skills: –
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
· Proficiency in Tally ERP.
· Strong knowledge of GST Filing and TDS filing.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
· Female candidates are more preferred for this role
· Working time: 10.30 am – 7.30 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
