Job Description: Nucleus Diagnostics, a leading wholesale distributor of clinical laboratory items in Perinthalmanna, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administration, with the ability to manage office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

– Handle billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions

– Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.

-Manage office operations, including supplies management, scheduling, and coordination of office activities.

– Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, filing, and document management.

– Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external partners.

– Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and perform bank reconciliations.

– Perform general office duties to support the team.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.

– At least 1 year of experience in billing.

– Proficiency in any accounting software.

– Strong office management skills.

-Expert in computer operations and MS Office.

– Excellent communication abilities.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
