Job Position – Accountant
(Female with 5-7 years of experience in an accounting field)
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and other financial documents.
· Recording all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
· Ensuring that all financial records are properly organized and easily accessible.
· Preparing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· Preparing reports for management properly and on time.
· Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
· Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
· Monitoring actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
· Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
· Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts.
· Processing payments and managing accounts payable and receivable.
· Working with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
· Providing financial advice to management.
Education and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance
· Experience: 5 -7 years of experience in accounting field
· Accounting Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software like Tally is highly valued.
· Other Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools is also essential.
· Language Skills: While not always explicitly mentioned, proficiency in English and Malayalam can be an advantage, especially in certain roles.
