Job Description: Accountant (CA Articleship)

We are looking for a committed Accountant with CA Articleship completed to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the organization’s financial records, maintaining accurate bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. Key responsibilities will include handling payments, bank reconciliations, taxation, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

Payments & Bank Reconciliation:
• Ensure timely processing of payments as per organizational schedules.
• Regularly reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Tally Updation:
• Record all cash and bank payments in Tally, with accurate documentation for bank receipts.

Payment List Management:
• Update the Purchase Approval Follow-up Sheet and Payment List after each transaction.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all bank and cash vouchers.

Tax Deduction:
• Accurately deduct TDS for all payments, including advances, according to the latest tax guidelines.

Salary Management:
• Record salary payable entries in Tally with accuracy.

Vendor Advance Review:
• Regularly review vendor advances and ensure timely settlements.

TDS Management:
• Prepare quarterly TDS statements and manage monthly TDS payments.

Audit and Due Diligence:
• Support timely completion of statutory audits and due diligence processes.

Requirements:
• Completed CA Articleship.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally and other financial tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external auditors.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
