Job description
Key Responsibilities
• – Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in Hindi and English.
• – Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of vehicle

tracking devices.
• – Provide step-by-step guidance on the usage of tracking devices and mobile/web

platforms.
• – Address and resolve technical issues by coordinating with the technical team if

necessary.
• – Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• – Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and resolution confirmation.
• – Maintain logs of customer interactions and issues.
• – Provide feedback to the development and operations team to enhance product and

service quality.
• – Educate customers on the features and benefits of vehicle tracking devices.
• – Conduct virtual or on-site demonstrations as required.
• – Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless

service delivery.
• – Contribute to team meetings to enhance support strategies.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Skills
• – Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi and English (verbal and written).
• – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• – Technical aptitude to understand and explain GPS tracking devices.
• – Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office).

Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk role.
• Experience in the vehicle tracking or telematics industry is a plus.
