Job Title: Call Center Operations Manager

Location: Kaloor, Kochi

Salary: ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 4-5 years in call center operations

Preference for young candidates.

Shift: RotationalResponsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the call center.
• Supervise and support call center agents.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Prepare reports and present insights to management.

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in call center operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Knowledge of call center software and processes.
