Customer Service Executive – Mortgage & Loans
Location: Claveland Technologies Pvt Ltd (Office-Based)
Shift: UK Shift | Monday to Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Salary: ₹22,000 per month

About Us:

Claveland Technologies Pvt Ltd is a growing financial services firm specializing in mortgage and loan solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to assist our clients through their mortgage processes with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and assist clients throughout their mortgage journey.
• Guide customers through the application process, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Conduct affordability calculations and take a Decision in Principle (DIP).
• Check client eligibility and advise accordingly.
• Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

✅ Prior experience in customer service, finance, or mortgage-related roles (preferred).
✅ Ability to handle financial calculations and eligibility assessments.
