Canbridge Global is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to assist clients efficiently. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and provide accurate information.
• Assist students and parents with inquiries about study programs, admission processes, and documentation.
• Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow up with clients when needed.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in education or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
