Join Our Team as a Technical Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently, documenting issues and solutions to improve internal knowledge base, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system performance and security.

Requirements
– Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field
– Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
– Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and software troubleshooting
– Excellent communication skills and ability to explain tech concepts clearly
– Certifications (Comp TIA A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
