Arabic Customer Support Representative
• Providing timely and accurate assistance to Arabic-speaking customers via Call
• Understanding customer inquiries and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Handling customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues or inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Upholding company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
