Job description
Customer Support:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Sales & Lead Conversion:
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell company products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
✅ CRM & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM.
• Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
