Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head for our Study Abroad division.

– This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales growth, manage a team, and build strong relationships with educational institutions and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Team Management : Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to enhance performance.

Client Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the study abroad sector.

Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve overall service delivery.
