Job description
A Front Office Manager cum Telecaller is a dual-role professional responsible for overseeing front office operations while also engaging in telecalling activities. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and effective communication abilities to manage both in-person and remote interactions with clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Office Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous atmosphere.
• Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments and schedules.
• Oversee office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and placing orders as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Telecalling Duties:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services or products.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and providing information.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments or meetings.
• Document call details and outcomes for future reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in front office management and telecalling roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Fluency in English and [local language] is preferred.
Experience:- 1-2 years
English and Malayalam language fluency Must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
