Location: Kozhikode (Near Kootooli), Kerala
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Work Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST
Salary: 18,000-20,000 per month
Experience Level: Freshers Welcome

Purifit is a fast-growing D2C brand specializing in water filtration products, including shower and tap filters. Our mission is to educate and help customers combat hard water issues affecting their hair and skin.

We are looking for a Customer Support & Video Content Executive to join our team at our Kozhikode office (Near Kootooli). This role involves managing customer interactions while also creating educational video content to help customers understand hard water issues and product usage.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, and complaints.
Troubleshoot and guide customers on product usage and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Monitor and respond to customer queries on social media.
Collect and manage customer reviews.

Video Content Creation:
Be the face of Purifit in educational videos about hard water effects on hair and skin.
Create engaging, informative videos to guide customers on using our products.
Work closely with the team to develop video scripts and content strategies.
Ensure videos are professional, engaging, and aligned with the brands tone.

Qualifications & Requirements
Comfortable appearing on video and communicating effectively.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of customer support tools (email, chat, CRM software is a plus).
Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Interest in skincare, hair care, and wellness-related content is a plus.
Prior customer service or video content experience is a plus but not mandatory.
